In cases of large orders, if an item is out of stock or backordered, all in stock items will ship, with the remainder of the order shipping out immediately when it is received. You may return the item for refund within 7 calendar days after receiving it from the delivery service. Items must be in new condition upon return and in original packaging for a full refund. Please contact us before returning. Return must have a return authorization number included with the return to be accepted. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
